How does email warmup work?
You add your sender address and include our seed list, a network of real Gmail mailboxes, in the emails you already send. The seed mailboxes open, reply, click, mark mail important, and move it out of spam or promotions, following the engagement rules you set. Inbox providers read that as a trustworthy sender and route more of your mail to the primary inbox.
How long until I see results?
Most senders see inbox placement improve within the first 1 to 2 weeks, with full reputation recovery typically taking 3 to 4 weeks depending on how damaged the domain was to start.
Is the 10-day trial really free?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 10-day free trial and no credit card is required to begin. You only pick a plan when you decide to keep warming up.
Do I need to connect my mailbox?
No. Inboxyo never logs in to your mailbox and never sends on your behalf. You keep sending from Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, or any email platform, and just add our seed list. The seed mailboxes that engage with your mail are real Gmail inboxes.
Can I warm up more than one sender address?
Yes. Add as many sender profiles as your plan allows and manage them all from a single dashboard.
What happens if I pause warmup?
You can pause or resume any sender profile at any time. Nothing is lost, warmup just picks back up where it left off.

Inboxyo ("we", "us") operates an email deliverability and warmup platform. This policy explains what we collect when you use our site and service, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, business email, business name) and operational metadata needed to run warmup — such as sender profiles, engagement events, and delivery/placement results.

What we don't collect

We never access your mailbox, and we do not log or store the content of the emails you send to our seed mailboxes.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, run warmup against your sender profiles, prevent abuse, process billing, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Operational metadata is retained only as long as needed for reporting and abuse prevention, then purged.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from Settings.

By using Inboxyo, you agree to these terms. If using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

We provide email warmup and deliverability monitoring through a network of seed mailboxes that receive and engage with the emails you send them from the sender addresses you add.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, malware distribution, or unsolicited bulk messaging. We may suspend access for violations.

Billing

Plans are billed as described at signup. Pricing shown at checkout is what you pay.

Availability

We work to keep the service healthy but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Refund Policy

This policy describes when and how Inboxyo refunds a purchase. It applies to every plan bought through our website or dashboard and supplements our Terms of Service.

Our guarantee

If an issue on our side prevents you from properly using the service you paid for — for example, seed mailboxes that never report on your emails, sender profiles that cannot be set up, or a service that remains unavailable for a substantial part of your billing period — and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the affected charge.

Change of mind

If a plan does not fit your workflow, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked. Requests made after 24 hours are considered case by case.

What is not covered

Refunds are not issued for circumstances outside our control, including restrictions or blocks imposed by email providers or other third-party services, your own domain, DNS, or sending configuration, or use that violates our Terms of Service. We may decline a request where an account has been used in breach of our acceptable-use rules.

How to request a refund

Email sales@inboxyo.com from your account address with a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
