How does email warmup actually work?
We enroll your inbox in a network of real seed mailboxes that exchange emails with you on a ramping schedule — opening, replying, and marking mail important. Inbox providers read that as a trustworthy sender and route more of your mail to the primary inbox.
How long until I see results?
Most senders see inbox placement improve within the first 1–2 weeks, with full reputation recovery typically taking 3–4 weeks depending on how damaged the domain was to start.
Do you read the content of my emails?
No. We don't inspect or store the body of your messages. Warmup only needs engagement signals — opens, replies, folder moves — never message content.
Which providers do you support?

Inboxyo ("we", "us") operates an email deliverability and warmup platform. This policy explains what we collect when you use our site and service, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, business email, business name) and operational metadata needed to run warmup — such as sender profiles, engagement events, and delivery/placement results.

What we don't collect

We do not read, log, or store the content of the emails you send or receive through connected inboxes.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, run warmup against your sender profiles, prevent abuse, process billing, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Operational metadata is retained only as long as needed for reporting and abuse prevention, then purged.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from Settings.

By using Inboxyo, you agree to these terms. If using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

We provide automated email warmup and deliverability monitoring for sender profiles you connect and authorize.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, malware distribution, or unsolicited bulk messaging. We may suspend access for violations.

Billing

Plans are billed as described at signup. Pricing shown at checkout is what you pay.

Availability

We work to keep the service healthy but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
